Excellent service. My car needed several things done and they were completed. Also, they discovered a crack in the filler neck of my radiator and they let me know this and told me what the options were. When I said ok to replace the radiator, they kept me apprised of the progress and completed the work in a timely manner. Great job as always!

Replaced defective Alternator originally put in by Honest One. Very pleasant experience. So nice to deal with people that honor their warranty and stand behind their work. I enjoy doing business with this shop in Gresham.👍

This is the second time I have had Honest-1 work on my car and I trust them fully.First time was a total inspection on my car..yes it was spendy, but it is a 2011 and I had never had it completely serviced. I am very confident in their work and was worth the money knowing everything was looked at and they stayed in contact with me on everything they were doing. Second time (today) I thought and was told by another place I had a wiring issue (not the case). Honest-1 took care of the true issue and I will not go anywhere else for my car needs. Thanks guys for your Honesty.....

It's now the second time. The same problem that was said to have been fixed seems to have been ovrlooked but charges are mounting and almost exhausting to mention. I wonder: Someone had hinted to me before and has warned me again that such an experience is a normality with this Honest-1 Auto Care! Please wait for more details after this. Thank you. ~~~Anne
