The crew at Honest 1 did an amazing job working through difficult repairs on my F150. The crew at H1 made sure the repairs were done successfully. The crew also went above and beyond to not include unnecessary repairs.

My f150 was a difficult repair. The H1 crew worked diligently to repair the problem and did not charge for unnecessary repairs.

I have always found my Honest One to be helpful, efficient and make a genuine effort to keep repair costs down. All the people who work in Gresham are very respectful and courteous. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

After dealing with my brakes squeaking for a year, I brought my car in to Honest-1 for a brake change. Turns out, my brakes are just squeaky, whether it be because of the material of the brake pad, dust, or moisture in the air. Rather than being dishonest for a quick buck and just changing the brake pads, the workers at Honest-1 told me there was plenty of life left in my current pads. They scuffed up the pads (which helped the squeaking significantly), then didn't charge me a dime for any of the work they did. I went in expecting to pay a couple hundred bucks, and left with my problem solved at no cost to me. Awesome service by truly honest workers. Thanks, guys!

Very nice receptionist. He helped me put my hubcaps on and refused to take a tip. He was in good spirits and very nice.

Timely and very professional with AAA discount

When we had our catalytic converter stolen in the parking lot of the Ramada by Wyndham Portland we called two repair shops to get it repaired in order to drive home which is a 3-hour drive. One shop quoted an exorbitant amount and Honest-1 quoted a much lower amount. I called to ask about the part they would be installing and he assured me that it is a new cat not a used one and explained that they cannot buy used ones (makes sense to me, actually as you could be buying back your old catalytic converter in some sort of shady underground scheme). We brought it in and the work was completed in about 4 1/2 hours due to a mix up on the receiver gasget which was the wrong one, an honest mistake. They submitted their paperwork, pictures and detailed bill to the insurance company themselves saving us untold time and possibly hassles with the insurance company. Aaron even volunteered to talk to the insurance company personally, but wasn't necessary as it hadn't been assigned to an adjuster yet. I am a former (honest) auto mechanic and based on what I experienced I would take my own vehicle there if I ever needed any repairs.
