Honest-1 at the Division St. location always tries to accommodate me when I have had an issue with my older car. Same with the Aloha location when I lived nearby. Their prices seem fair and they don't pressure me regarding suggested work they think I should have done, as I'm unemployed. On Nov. 10, my battery stopped working with the alternator, and after a jump start, they were agreeable about my coming in the same day to have it looked at. They repaired the issue that day, comping me some money because they put in a new battery in 2019. The only thing that's difficult is if you have to leave the vehicle and don't have a ride. They used to provide a shuttle service to help customers out, but no longer. However, they also worked with me on that. I recommend them.
