Today was a rectifying day. Two weeks ago I wrote my first bad review ever about Honest-1 Gresham location! Not at all what I wanted to do! I do not think bad publicity is the answer to any situation. Reputation is the key to a long lasting, well rounded business! Honest-1 is the VERY BEST shop to take any vehicle to for engine issues to brakes to oil change.... I want to apologize for smearing the Honest-1 name! Despite what the saying says...not all the time should one bad egg, one bad circumstance lead to chaos or bad blood. Today my brakes are new. Today I am a satisfied customer that paid for a service well done!!! I will always recommend Honest-1. I will always choose the folks for my vehicle needs! YOU SHOULD TOO!!!

If you call for an appointment and have a coupon, make darn sure you tell them then. They started a two month no coupon service but did not say anything about it when setting appointment. No oil change unless I payed $35 for it but, they would start the coupon service June 21. I have been going to them for over two years now. Up til today, have gotten very good service with no issues.

they do great work and are not money hungry

I had an bad alternator. They fixed it very quickly. They also let me know about other concerns with the car but didn’t pressure me to repair them or seize my car saying it’s dangerous. Overall a good experience.
