Though things got off to a rocky start with communication about the appointments that were being set and what the expectations were, the team at Honest-1 Auto Care was sure to make up for the confusion and sorted out the details and timeline for getting my car completely repaired. I had to have my transmission rebuilt and my car overall has been an ongoing can of worms ever since it was stolen and heavily damaged by some joyriding thieves. So I knew to expect that once the mechanics started taking things apart for my transmission rebuild, there would be more required repairs that would pop up. Thankfully the team went out of their way to to not only complete all of the expected repairs but to take care of the other necessary repairs and rebuilds as well! They weren't able to get a hold of me when needed since I was overwhelmed with work throughout the holiday season and my working hours were the same as their business hours, but they made the right call and understood that I wanted my car back up and running, so they took care of it despite the lack of communication on my end of things. Now my car is rebuilt and in exceptional condition! If I weren't moving out of the area, I would get the team at Honest-1 going on another project or two on mine and my partners cars. The service here has been incredible and the team is positive and understanding. They work incredibly hard and do a phenomenal job and I'm more than happy with the overall outcome of my car. They set realistic expectations, present affordable and reliable options, and provide exceptional care for their customers. I can't thank these guys enough, my car drives like she's meant to and feels better than she has in years and I know I can finally rely on her again!
