Friendly, prompt service. Have my oil changes done here. Always leave as a satisfied customer!
Good service as always!
good service
Susan and the mechanics have been very helpful. I appreciate that you can break repairs up into manageable parts. I recommend Honest One to all the people I know.
Dropped my jeep off for an appointment at 2pm to get the oil changed. I received a call before 2pm saying that it was done. Great friendly staff. Will be returning.
Again, my 1998 Honda Accord has had a fast friendly and easy to set up oil change for less than $20.00! Great people there- Thanks!
I talked to Aaron the morning my car overheated and I was so worried something serious was wrong with my car. Aaron calmed me down and explained that it could be a million things and to bring the car is as soon as possible and they would take a look at it for a VERY REASONABLE price. When I got the car to Honest1, Aaron was just as nice in person as he was over the phone. He explained everything very thoroughly. He said he would get a tech on it immediately and they would let me know as soon as they knew! A few hours later I got a call from Norm explaining to me what was wrong with my car. He didn't jump to the most expensive option and instead laid all of my options out for me and explained in his opinion what was best and safest for me in the long run. I wont take my car anywhere else. Total professionals that really care about you.
Great place to have your car worked on. It is very clear what will be done and if there are problems they explain what needs to be done to have your car working again.
Fast and very friendly
Friendly.$100 for a diagnostic..okay.Another $300 to find and fix problem...not okay.Especially when they say right on their "guarantee" wall that we explain everything. There was no explanation why it cost $300 to find and fix an evaporative leak.
