I had had an aftermarket rack & pinion put in my car last year. The part failed 9 months later. Went back to Honest-1 Auto Care and talked to them about it. After that, I decided to pay a little on top of the warrantied work and put an original quality rack & pinion. The work was timely and I am satisfied with the entire experience.

Honest 1 was great! We had our Jeep towed to them, they diagnosed our problem as the Power train Control Module that needed for be replaced. The day we went to pick up our Jeep our water pump went out on us when we started our Jeep. They had the part and completed all the work within an hour. Everyone that works at Honest 1 is professional, friendly and helpful. Great people, great work and a very comfortable waiting area.

Great service! I really appreciated being brought back to see exactly what was going on with my car. I also am grateful for an honest opinion on my situation even though it meant I wouldn't be paying for services. On top of those things, they topped off my brake fluid for free, which may seem small but having gone to places that won't even top of your coolant during an oil change, I really appreciate it. The environment felt welcoming and the staff were very knowledgeable without being condescending. I highly recommend Honest-1 and plan on bringing my car here in the future!
