Kara said she enjoys this business very much. She was impressed by the mechanic with such strong credentials and so professional in relating to women. She appreciates they do not take advantage of her and she is looking forward to getting more work done on her vehicle.

"Honest answers to my questions" I have had service questions on our 2 Tundra pickups. I get the run around from Gresham Toyota but get a straight answer from Honest-1

They were able to get her in right away and they kept their promise as to how long it would take. She was very pleased with their honesty.

Best auto shop around! I love them! Everything I do to my cars is done though them. They make sure you get what you need when you need it and don't bullshit about random things to raise up the price.

"Fast" I set my appointment for 8:30 am, I dropped my Subaru off and walked across the street to Safeway. I went back in a half hour and it was done, also had a groupon for 4 oil changes for $59 bucks, sweet deal.

I was referred to Honest-1 Auto Care by a friend of a friend. I traveled to Portland from San Jose, CA in search of a food truck to purchase. Before leaving for our long road trip, we wanted to make sure that the truck would make it back and we wouldn't be stranded in the middle of nowhere.At first we called around other shops and they were quoting us $120 (which seem a little expensive but we didn't mind) for a bumper to bumper inspection, but said they couldn't guarantee that it would be done by the end of the day (even if we brought it first thing in the morning!).Frantic that we would be stuck in Portland for another day or two, my friend started making calls around to friends he had in the area. He referred us here and I'm really glad he did!The woman that helped us ensured that it wouldn't take more than an hour or two to do the inspection. The tech did a thorough job inspecting the truck (even checking horn and brake lights!) and test drove the truck for driveability issues. After he was all done, the tech went through the checklist with us and went over a few concerns he found. He said we should address these issues when we were back in California, but our truck will be ok making it back. The best part was the inspection was only $65, half of what the other shop wanted to charge us. They were even nice enough to say that we can leave the truck at their shop as long as we needed because we still needed to check out of our hotel and return our rental car.We made it back to California with no issues. It was great having peace of mind driving back. Can't thank Honest-1 enough!
